uni-assist — دفتر مشترک بررسی مدارک
یک دفتر مشترک است که برای بیش از ۱۸۰ دانشگاه آلمان مدارک متقاضیان بینالمللی را بررسی میکند. برای خیلی از دانشگاهها اولین در ورودی همینجاست.
این صفحه چیست
uni-assist — دفتر مشترک بررسی مدارک یک مرحلهٔ مشترک است: چند دانشگاه از یک سامانه یا یک نهاد استفاده میکنند، پس این کار را جدا از انتخاب دانشگاه انجام میدهی.
هر جملهای که پایین میخوانی نقلقول مستقیم از صفحهٔ رسمی همان نهاد است، با لینک و تاریخ بررسی. هرچه ننوشتهایم یعنی هنوز از منبع رسمی ندیدهایمش.
از کجا شروع کنی
- اول ببین مهلت این مرحله کی است — معمولاً از مهلت خود دانشگاه زودتر است.
- بعد روی صفحهٔ رشتهات چک کن که همان دانشگاه هم واقعاً از این در وارد میشود یا نه.
هزینهی uni-assist
اولین رشتهی انتخابی ۷۵ یورو، هر رشتهی اضافه ۳۰ یورو — در هر نیمسال.

پول برمیگردد؟
هزینه را باید بدهی، حتی اگر نتیجهی بررسی منفی باشد.
The handling fees are set by the uni-assist universities. Fees must be paid, regardless of the result of the checking procedure.
VPD هم همین قیمت است
فرقی نمیکند درخواست عادی بدهی یا VPD — قیمت یکی است.
The costs are the same for all forms of application, whether standard or VPD procedure.

VPD چیست
VPD گواهیای است که uni-assist صادر میکند و تو خودت آن را موقع اپلای به دانشگاه میدهی.

زمان صدور VPD
معمولاً ۴ تا ۶ هفته بعد از ثبت فرم آنلاین.

اعتبار VPD
یک سال از تاریخ صدور معتبر است — مهم نیست کدام نیمسال را انتخاب کرده باشی.
It is valid for one year from its date of issue, no matter which semester you select in My assist.
مهلت نیمسال زمستانی
برای شروع زمستانی معمولاً ۱۵ ژوئیه.
The application deadline is often July 15th if the course starts in the winter semester.

برای شروع تابستانی معمولاً ۱۵ ژانویه.

چقدر زودتر
دستکم ۸ هفته قبل از مهلت اقدام کن تا اگر مدرکی کم بود وقت جبران داشته باشی.

قانون آپلود
هر مدرک را فقط یکبار آپلود کن و اسم فایل را به آلمانی یا انگلیسی و گویا بگذار.

DSH، TestDaF، گواهیهای گوته و DSD در همهی دانشگاههای عضو پذیرفته میشوند؛ سطح لازم را هر دانشگاه تعیین میکند.

یک دورهی یکسالهی آمادهسازی درسی و زبانی، برای کسانی که مدرکشان برای ورود مستقیم کافی نیست.

چه کسی Studienkolleg لازم دارد
گاهی دیپلم یا تحصیلات تکمیلی برای ورود مستقیم به دانشگاه آلمان کافی نیست.
Sometimes, a school leaving certificate or additional education are not enough for direct entry into a course of study in Germany.
تنها نکتهی رسمی uni-assist دربارهی ایران
برای کاردانی و کارشناسی ایرانی از ۲۰۱۵ به بعد، حداقل نمرهی قبولی ۱۲ مبنای تبدیل نمره به سیستم آلمان است — نه ۱۰. یعنی معدلت سختگیرانهتر تبدیل میشود.
the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) has changed the guidelines for the grade conversion for Iranian degrees. As of now, we will use the lowest passing mark "Nmin = 12" for the conversion of your grade into the German grading system. This change affect all of the above mentioned degrees from January 1st, 2015 onwards.

اگر دانشگاهت VPD میخواهد، در همین کاتالوگ کلمهی VPD را جستوجو کن — خود VPD بهعنوان یک ردیف انتخابشدنی ثبت شده است، نه چیزی جدا.

«Online-only» یعنی کاغذ نمیفرستی
روی بعضی ردیفها این کادر نارنجی هست: یعنی برای پیشبررسی uni-assist فقط آپلود کافی است، حتی بدون تأیید رسمی. ولی بعداً ممکن است خود دانشگاه اصل مدارک را بخواهد.

دو فایل مهم در Inbox میآید: Prüfergebnis (نتیجهی بررسی) و Prüfbericht (گزارش بررسی، همان چیزی که دانشگاهها بهعنوان VPD میشناسند).

🔴 نامهی نتیجه — و کاری که با آن میتوانی بکنی
مهمترین کشف این اسکرینشاتها: نامهی نتیجهی uni-assist پذیرش نیست، ولی رسماً میگوید با همین نامه میتوانی در سفارت آلمان برای ویزای متقاضی تحصیل (Studienbewerbervisum) اقدام کنی. یعنی لازم نیست تا پذیرش نهایی صبر کنی.

اگر فکر میکنی اشتباه شده
حق اعتراض داری: با ذکر دلیل و شمارهی پرونده بنویس. اگر باز قانع نشدی، پرونده به خود دانشگاه میرود و دانشگاه تصمیم قانونی میگیرد.
Should you however feel that we have made a mistake in our pre-check, please write to us. State the reasons for your complaint and please include your application number. uni-assist's management will look into your complaint and get back to you in writing. If you still disagree with the response, we will forward your application to the respective university. The university will then issue you a decision vested with legal capacity.
