• صفحهٔ درخواست: «Forgot your password? Please enter the Online Services > Credentials Recovery (you can switch the language to English language by clicking on the button on the top right side of the webpage). Write your personal code and the e-mail address you used to register to the online services; eventually you will receive an e-mail that will allow you to choose a new password.»
